Happy Friday Jan 25

Reminders

2. Pyjama Day Jan 31st
3. Provincial Government unit test next Thursday Jan 31

Today the students began their day with a wonderful pillars of assembly. Students were honored, we gave our warm goodbyes to Mrs Trumper, and watched our monthly photo powerpoint.

After the assembly we finished the social presentations! Students this assignment seriously and the final products show this :)

We then did a solid hour of math focusing on different kinds of patterns. The objective of this week is to see the patterns in growing and shrinking numbers. Next week we will be doing input output machines which involve patterns with two variables.

Below is some extra work for students to practice at home :)

1. Mathletics (amazing resource)
-Fractions
-Ratios
-Patterns

2. Math is fun
-Online problems from all units

3.
Some extra practice

After math we moved into kindergarten buddies and finally our last day in open gymnastics.

Next week we will be doing Mission Impossible...Same rules apply from gymnastics AAAAND there is no talking! Let the impossible mission begin!

Have a nice weekend everyone
Mr Lancee
